GENERAL GUIDELINES
  • Registration of teams will begin at 8 a.m. on 26 August, 2020..
  • Every member of the participating team must be in possession of Aadhaar/School ID cards duly signed by their Principals. International participants are requested to bring their Passports along with a Photocopy for registration.
  • Maximum 12 participants are allowed per school.
  • Each team must be accompanied by two teachers as Team Leaders. The Principal accompanying the team will be the Guest of Honour.
  • Besides a set of rules for various events, teams will be provided with collar / standing mikes as per the requirement projected by them at the time of registration.
  • Schools may doubly check the timing of each event and the number of participants committed to avoid a clash. Once a team has registered for an event it must participate in the same.
  • ACommunication Centre and First Aid facility will be established at the venue.
  • All teams are requested to bring their School Banner (4ft x 2ft) / School Flag (3ft x 2ft) and School Anthem/Song (for international teams) in mp3 format.
  • All schools must also carry a brief presentation, (maximum 10 slides), broadly covering the School photo and logo, Principal’s photo and other such details which describe the major activities/achievements of their school. This must be given to the Control Room at the time of registration.
  • Schools must inform changes, if any, from the list already submitted, in terms of participants or events at the time of registration. Fresh inputs/changes, duly authenticated by their Principal, alone will be accepted.
  • Certificates of participation will be awarded to all the participants. First, second and third positions, where achieved, will be additionally mentioned. Championship and Runners-Up Trophies will be awarded to the teams standing first and second on the basis of the points earned.
  • If a team / participant does not report at the venue after the final announcement, he/she will be deemed to be disqualified. Teams will also be judged for their conduct and discipline and the name of the Most Disciplined Team in terms of punctuality / attendance / conduct etc. will be announced at the end of the competition.
  • For outstation teams/participants,accommodation and all meals will be catered for. Lunch will be served to local participants Meals will be served as per the timings laid down. All are requested to follow the timings strictly.
  • All schools/teams are requested to confirm their participation by email in the prescribed format by 26 February ,2020.Event byPOST (La Cinématographie) should be sent by 26 April, 2020.
  • In case of any unavoidable clash between events; teams besides coordinating with their team members are also requested to inform the Control Room on the day of the event.
  • Topics for the events like Hacer La Mimica and Ventes Wiz will be given in advance to all teams/ schools on confirmation of their participation.
